Average block time is 60 seconds. So, about 1440 blocks are generated in a day. For Equihash 144/5 algorithm, you need a GPU. Please see here. Ultimately, if you mine with a pool, your proportional hash rate (out of all other miners), adjusted by a luck factor, will determine how many blocks out of the daily 1440 blocks you will get   The luck factor comes into play because multiple pools may be mining the same block and someone might find the block just before you do.

You have to calculate total network hash rate from all pools. Then express your hash rate as a fraction of that total network hash rate. If you mine all day with suitable GPU cards, you can expect to get the same fraction of 1440 blocks, approximately

For instance, If I mined the coin with my rigs which have 6 AMD 4 GB for each, how many coins I can get from mining per day/

The answer depends on Network hashrate, your hashrate, Internet speed and a luck factor  
It is not exact science but try it in practice. Please see LolMiner thread and find out how much others are getting with their AMD cards mining other Equihash 144/5 coins. Obviously, mining BCRM would be easier currently because our Network hashrate is low right now.

anyway, the actual amount if joining pool will be varied, depend on your shared of hash rate
