Simple thing is that if someone do not know much of the research or knowledge about the coins then only pick the top 5 coins as per market cap wise and trade as those have the maximum liquidity and you can trade with smaller amount and see if it is your cup of tea or not.

There are a lot of exchanges out there if you want to trade. There are DEX and CEX, if you prefer CEX then make an account with them and be sure that you have safety features before using it like 2FA then you can see youtube videos to learn on how to trade. Remember to trade small amount first as you are still new. Gain experience as it is the great teacher.

Trading is swimming with sharks, you'll get eaten bro, a better strategy is passive income from things like masternodes and income earning assets from exchanges, then you earn a regular income and can keep your shirt, and sleep at night.

Trading is zero sum game, you're either the hunter or the hunted, and if you're asking on this forum how to do trade and research I'd say you're the latter. Learn about staking coins instead.

For me I do not depending on trading only, but I do also some bounty campaign to earn big here in crypto. So for me I do my trading by setting up my order book by putting the price that I want to sell my coin and I wait till my coin is all sold. I do not need to get my profit in trading very quick cause I have some cause that I hold in my Etherwallet.
