According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Apart from the core solution it seems that there could possibly be more vision around the wider use of the data, with associated benefits for both the candidate and employers. Good team with a proposed solution to an ever-present problem.
