This means that they have to get that money from somewhere when the time comes, so they will increase taxes, lower interest rates, print more money inflating the currency... I think one should make some smart moves here. of course, it needs a big capital, and this is why that not all people can buy real estate, and this is my reason not to buy real estate right now. I still collecting more money so I can save to purchase real estate in the future.
