Exactly, every investment whatever it is has risk alongside with them and it is just depend on the investor what works for them. Real estate is indeed a good investment and is profitable most especially if the location is great. Crypo on the other note is indeed very risky to those who are not capable of trading but once you got to understand the market movement and trade correctly then it could give you big profits, you have be smart when it comes to cryptocurrency. we still have a lot of chance to see bitcoin price higher than current price.bitcoin price around $8300 and maybe 43% from all time high.so we still have 67% opportunity to see bitcoin price back to around $19k.this is good time to invest before btc rising after block halving.
