Many of us have received the 0.000001 1Enjoy  1Sochi 1Spam Coins.   What if we could collect these spam coins and send them to a common wallet for charity.  A change could be made so any transaction under a certain amount that changes with inflation (Say < 1 cent adjusted with inflation over time)  is sent to a common charity wallet.  This way people will either stop abusing the process or at least use the network for real transactions.

I do understand there is value on just using 1 Satoshi for colored coins of some type but I think at least the equivalent of 1 cent per colored coin since it consumes a transaction is a reasonable request.

To spend a 1 satoshi output is going to cost you about 1,500 satoshis in fees (min tx fee on low priority txs is 10,000 Sat per KB.  Average input size is ~150 bytes).

These tx will never be included in a block unless a miner designs a custom version of bitcoind which accepts these non-standard, dust spam violating, low paying garbage tx.  No miner would want to do that as they take up a lot of space in the block and provide no meaningful increase in revenue.  It would require custom development work, so they could include an essentially non-paying tx that increases the chance their block will be oprhaned and they lose the entire 25 BTC + fee reward.  Seem likely?
