i think yes and i think not  . honestly i am only trader that took chance when market goes up and market goes down. and can't predict it is bull or bear market. but i will do anything to get profit in market even it is in bull or bear market

It is true . the current market of sedans rose especially bitcoin up 3% (source coinmarketcap) but for the bull market will come I think it is not necessarily, because other coins have not been any significant development, just pray for bitcoin can penetrate $ 10k

More news that will really explode the run to continue forward, seems that some opportunist already selling their coins and enjoying dealing with short term trade the price is down again to 8170$ after almost touching 8500$ but still positive that it will move up, ETF might influence the value and more adoptions
with less scam and hacked issue can bring hype to the new investors.

Bitcoin makes a surprise, or indeed it's time. But it seems we are still waiting each other.
