I think that it slowed down enough to take extreme mesures : advertising on bitcointalk or you declare a second round starting tonight at 8PM, old deposits only get 20% back and new deposits 120%

Old deposits would be all deposits until 8PM and new deposits will be the deposits made after 8PM, I am not the owner of the website so it isn't what is going to happen, it is just an idea
It won't be so bad for old depositors since 20% of the new deposits would be taken to payback old depositors and it could pick up as people receive their payments very fast, in a matter of minutes at first
