All are waiting for the growth of the market, and that this would lead in the more investment. Even the project with a fully working E-commerce platform like OmniBazaar is struggling from the lack of interest of investors. That`s what is very strange at all!

Nadia is right about our plans for the token sale. We spent a lot of time and money getting the marketplace working and launched. Now, we are hoping to get some financial support from the community. We are hoping that token purchasers will appreciate that we actually released a working marketplace before asking for money from the community.

This project gave a real chance to make changes crypto-lot-fiat for those who have not tried exchanges and therefore make XOM and other cryptos more valuable!

Our expression for this is "Barter for Bitcoins" or "Barter for Crypto". OmniBazaar is a "gateway" to owning cryptocurrency without the headaches and delays of open an account and sending a bank wire to an exchange. Even people without a bank account or credit card can barter a product or service and immediately receive some OmniCoins, BTC or ETH.

You can list products or services and price them in terms of your local fiat currency. The application has no way to accept fiat. But, if you are doing a "local" transaction, where you can meet the buyer face-to-face, you could accept fiat (of course).

To participate in the Token Sale, you will need to download, install and launch the application. It is available here for Windows, Linux and MacOS: http://download.omnibazaar.com/support/download?ref=developer

When you reach the Home screen, you will see a link on the left to "Whitelist for Token Sale". Click that button and complete the AML/KYC identity verification.

After you successfully complete the Identity Verification, you will see on the left side menu a button to open the Token Sale dashboard. There, you can exchange BTC or ETH for OmniCoins (XOM).

You will need to either create or open an existing Ether or Bitcoin wallet (or both) within OmniBazaar, and move some funds into the wallet(s). The Token Sale screen will allow you to choose which BTC or ETH wallet (within OmniBazaar) you wish to use for the Token Sale transaction.

OmniCoins you purchase in the token sale will be credited to your OmniCoin wallet as soon as the BTC or ETH transaction has been confirmed a few times. You will also receive a confirmation message in the application's internal mail system.

It's really pretty simple.

And I`ll add that if there is no ability to meet the buyer face-to-face, You could still to choose the escrow - which could be your local escrow from the OmniBazaar list of ones.
This is a unique feature of the marketplace and could make both sides of the transaction to be assured that nobody will be deceived!

This is a very good way, to secure deals, on the P2P platform. The marketplace itself has several advantages over the existing ones. Now, all that is needed is to attract attention and increase the number of users.

This is not a bad idea. And, we actually discussed doing this, at one time. But, it would be extremely difficult to implement now.

However, we handled this in a different way.

When you make a listing, you only need to price the product or service in terms of your local currency (for example, dollars). And, select to also price the item in terms of BTC and ETH. When a prospect views your listing, the OmniBazaar software automatically checks the current exchange rates for the listing currencies (in this example, that would be BTC/USD and ETH/USD). It then presents the correct current prices in BTC and ETH, based on the USD price of the item. This same system will also be implemented for XOM/USD (and other fiat pairs) after OmniCoin is listed on some exchanges.

The bottom line is that you don't need to worry about the volatility of anything except the fiat currency that you use to price the listing.
