What are some problems that you are trying to solve with EverID?

By leveraging blockchain and distributed storage technologies, Everest empowers banks, governments, NGOs, hospitals, businesses and other institutions to transparently and effectively exchange value with those hard to reach users, especially the 5 billion users without smartphones, all while giving users the most control and privacy in the market.

Thank you an answer, and apologies for using the old name Wink

It does sound quite interesting - all these things you are trying to achieve, but how will you approach people who do not use updated technology?

And it could be that they are not ready to disclose that or maybe they don't have any exchanges ready yet. Who knows.

Most exchanges ask for NDA ,so thats one of the reasons they cant disclose that info.

Nowdays every ico should plan for top exchange listing, and set certain amount of money for that purpose.

I'm sure everest team is aware of that, but I would prefer if they invest money in the product

That's really important XD I don't think they could change anything else because then it wouldn't be the same project.

What's your next big milestone?
The next major milestone from an implementation perspective is in October when the Everest 1.0 platform is planned to go live (token, ID + Wallet DApp, blockchain implementation, admin console and API)

Other major milestones can be found here: https://everest.org/#roadmap

Regarding the rebranding, anything else important changed, or only the name?

No. The rebranding was done to get Everest's vision clear to their audience. The Everest's brand fully encompasses the business model, rather than focus on one of our aspects. Wile Identification is a huge aspect of the platform, the actual APIs and DApps are far beyond basic identification. Have a look in the whitepaper if you have the time, in particular, page 11 from the whitepaper (blockchain technology).

What are some problems that you are trying to solve with EverID?

For collection of data the individual does not have to own a device himself. An agent of the organisation will in this scenario connect the person with the agent DApp. The individual just needs to be physically present.

This will be a game changer for sure, not having to own a device, will be really good for some people that are not too good with technology.

Exactly, it would not look good changing things in the middle of the project. Some people even get nervous because of the name change lol
