I think that will depend on governments restrictions on crypto. That's the main thing.

Europe is not that big of a problem, but US is a bit tricky.Any project should aim for those markets by default.

That is true,basically whole world accepts blockchain,but ICOs are still problematic due high amount of scams,but that is changing too,and projects like Everest will benefit from that,as only quality projects like this one will get attention!

If soft cap was raised, then it's everywhere would have written) So I think that the fees are very bad. It is now everywhere so.

The data on the supernodes are secured with the user’s public/private keypair, biom-
etry, as well as a password/PIN. There is no ability to DDOS the Everest infrastruc-
ture as it is decentralized, has a financial disincentive in fees charged for transactions, 
and API requests are funneled through a queueing regulator. This ensures equal ac-
cess to the services and mitigates potentially negatively-impacting usage or load.
