How does the difficulty retargeting work on this coin? I like this coin but the network is moving very slowly at the moment.

Hi HammyCoin. Its great you like the coin. Currently, the difficulty retargets every 504 blocks and is calculated from the previous 500 blocks. We are currently looking at ways to speed up the block time when the hashrate dips. Happy mining. The Orcacoin Team |

Orcacoin has a strong blockchain and was extensively tested before release. The coin and the wallets work well and have done so from launch. We are raising money for ocean conservation charities and I hope you will support us in this work. As we stated at the outset, this is a long-term project with committed developers.

I really like that the spread is only 10 points not like doge where the spread is 90 points Good luck! and I hope you make it  I still have some orcas from lauch will update wallet soon and download the whole blockchain again |
