Do you sell because of the rise/deep in the market, or do you sell because you actually needed the money and not because of the deep/rise of the price, or you're the type that just jumps in pick some profits and jump out?
I am a long term holder of altcoins. I sell my tokens (both alts and bitcoin) when I am broke, and when I need some money. I don't sell because there is a deep in the market, I sell because I need to. So, what about you?
I sell when I need money, but if the price is going up as expected, I will also sell it.

I actually sell my coins whenever I need money. I often sell just to buy other coins. Most of my coins are from bounties, so whenever I receive bounty, I sell some and reward my self for my patience and hard work. I see no total sense for holding a coin for too long just to wait for the price to moon, some coins die too soon, and end up 0 in value.

I sell my coin immediately it reaches my target price,  the arbitrage opportunity presents itself in many Instances! The upward rising from the beginning of this month is setting up a stage for long term bull market.

Unfortunately, now the strategy "hold" is unprofitable. Many people sell their  altcoins and tokens very quickly. And that's the right thing.

I am not an experienced investor, so I often make mistakes. But I prefer to sell tokens, not hold them if their price starts to fall rapidly. This way I minimize my losses.

I sell when it really needs it because I prefer to keep it until it's really a lot and on sale if it's a lot and prices go up, if at this time if the price goes up I will not sell unless it again really .

Well mate, all reasons that you have mention are also my reasons in selling my coins. There are times that we really need money and trading my coins is the only option. I also sell my coins if I can see that there is no chance to rise in the future and it will belong to shitcoins. The coins that are promising and successful in their ICO will be hold for a long time.

Thisis really strange strategy. Why dont you sell your coins during pump? As for me, i prefer to hold coins when i am in loss and when i have some profit - i seel them. But now we are in very hard situation - altcoin market looks terrible and i think we will never see good days at altcoins. So, now i will sell all my alts with the minimum profit, if i will can.

I try to invest not more than I am willing to lose, and even when the market is going down I don't sell my coins. Selling coins on the low is just a waste of money, only HODL can save your funds when the prices are too bad.

People sell coins when the coins have met the target they sell for them. What is the aim of continous holding if not to sell at the right prices?. Some people jump into selling prematurely and that's caused by inexperience.

I do not know what will happen to the market tomorrow. I believe that the best time is today. So I'm selling coins.

I sell part of the aloquins bought during ICO, if they showed strong growth and are shifting to stable coins or usd. I sell on growth and buy dips in bitcoin, etherium.

I sell my altcoin when I achieve the profit goals I set out. But sometimes my life gets worse. I have to sell altcoin because I need money to solve the problem despite the losses but I still have to sell. Life always happens unexpected things

Why do you sell your coins, I think you have analyzed why people sell their coins, I will only sell my altcoin, bitcoin I will hold for a long time, I sell my altcoin in the market The peak, after I sold altcoin, I could get a lot of money and then invest in other coins.

if we make a comparison then 75% people are those who are selling their coins because they need money and 25% people are those who are wise traders and buy coins at dip and sell at pump. When i was new in trading i only sell coins because i need money but now i only sell coins at pump.
