Why do you sell your coins?

Some coins has the prospect of rising in the future i hold such coins dearly while some does not have such a prospect hence i sale as soon as their price rises close to my expectation

Do you sell because of the rise/deep in the market, or do you sell because you actually needed the money and not because of the deep/rise of the price, or you're the type that just jumps in pick some profits and jump out?
I am a long term holder of altcoins. I sell my tokens (both alts and bitcoin) when I am broke, and when I need some money. I don't sell because there is a deep in the market, I sell because I need to. So, what about you?

I am also a long term investor, and I have no intention to sell my coins in these days. If they can reach very good prices which are my target prices, I think I can think about selling.

Usually, I sell coins because there is an urgent need. Besides that, because the price is good, so I sell it before a deep price decline. Basically, always do the right timing analysis to get the maximum price.

I sell my altcoin because I need money. I'm not waiting for big price money. If I think the price is right, I will sell my altcoin directly. I also sell my altcoins to buy other altcoins to invest. I sell my coins when the market is pumping, so that I'll get high profit. But if market is dumping I will hold it until when I know its good time to sell or the price is rising. But since this moment is not good to sell because surely less profit will get then its better to wait until market is rising. And sometimes i do selling when i know that my coin have no potential to avoid getting less profit if the market is start dropping. And since my coins have potential then i will hold for a long time.

I will sell my coins for profits, Most of us today are here for a common reason, and that is to invest and earn profit. when the market rise and I will sell short my own coin and buy back at lower price to increase my holding when the market fall. So my profit will be greater.

i think people sell because they not sure about present situation or about themselves and in case they need money, just as you said. i sell when i panic

I sold because that was my goal to buy coins. Of course at the price I target. Maybe it doesn't always sell at a much higher price, but at least I don't plan to sell when the price isn't higher.

I do sell my coins because of two reasons. Either I see a good opportunity to become profitable because of price hike/increase or because of urgency of needs. Sometimes when I really need it I sell even though the price isn’t satisfactory.
