In this case if you have lost your private key you could as well consider your fund stolen and graciously accept that you have made a  mistake that led to your loss!

Even if you are able to retrieve it back you are taking a high risk of your wallet being compromise and i does not think there is any way of getting it back, create a new one and send the tokens to your new address is a better choice.

Sadly, you will never be able to get your wallet back after you lose your private key. My suggestion is, forget everything then create a new wallet but now, make sure to keep your private key safe. At least make a physical backup of the wallet by printing the private key or writing it down. Make sure to keep it somewhere safe and don't let anyone touch it.

Sorry to hear this but I am not sure you will be able to recover the key if you have not saved it anywhere r even written it down in a diary. This is your key to access your wallet that is why you are advised to always keep this key very safe and privately.

How did yous lost it? Did you delete it or your forgot where did you save? I think you must search it on your social media account because some people save it on their social media or in your phone in notes or in desktop that save on it or else find the json/keystore on where did you save it.
