Withdrawin bitcoin from one exchange to another is pretty much pointless since the fees are so high

Which altcoin has the absolute cheapest withdrawal fees?

There alot of other altcoin that has very small fee withdrawal like DGB, WAVES, LTC, ARK, DOGE and more. And also others altcoin that has zero fee withdrawal like NANO, IOTA. I also prefer to use altcoin when make deposit to others exchange to reduce withdrawal fee.
