Why so big difference between hard cap and soft cap? Soft cap is the minimum team needs for operation - 1 mil. But what fir 12 mil is needed though?

The project will be certainly realized if we reach the soft cap. However, all features will be implemented in a shorter time with raised hard cap which means more profit in less time for our investors. So that's the difference.

Don't think so, I believe that almost all projects analyzed a market and forecasted all the problems and issues that they can face during their journey up to the top. It's a simple SWOT analysis used to understand how the company will behave in the chosen market since it gives you a brief understanding of the environment in which the project will conduct its activities.
