Electric cars can fill roads easily, if the needs and demands are met with resources.

Don`t forget that producing electrical power still influences the environment.
Solar energy may not be suitable for countries with mostly cloudy climats will not be able to maintain constant energy flow.
All in all, I`m not entirely convinced with electic cars - may be try to develop more efficient public transport instead?

It does not emit toxic gases or smoke in the environment as it runs on clean energy source.

Although it is environmentally friendly, electric car technology needs to be improved. With full charge, the distances that cars can go are still too short. As far as I know, many companies in Europe will start production of electric vehicles.

The main purpose of producing electric vehicles is to protect the environment, but electric cars are not loved by men because the power of electric vehicles is not strong enough!

The matter of speed isn`t that important in urban environment. I believe if we switch to electric cars altogether, we could really improve the ecology. This is wishful thinking though, there are still a lot of combustion engine maniacs (hey, Mad Max).

Not really. Tesla S P100D is way faster then most of the fuel cars that exist right now. With Roadster release somewhere in 2020 will change the world, thats my call.

I think it would be much better for us to have and use. There would be less air pollution.

Agreed, I was just replying to the point that gasoline cars are much faster than electric cars.

I believe that the problems with charging stations, btw, will be solved in near future - it`s a new technology that will take some time to properly develop, it was the same with gas stations at the beginning.

Before electric cars can become mainstream, teleportation becomes possible. So, neither combustion or electric car is best, I go for teleportation. Peace!  Cheesy

I think the electric cars are better than the other, thinking about the other side will see how electricity will be affordable and how it will serve.
The use of electric cars will result in the erosion of air pollution.

What about Tesla? For example: The Model S P85D, a dual-motor all-wheel-drive vehicle has a governed top speed of 155 mph (249 km/h) and it accelerates from 0 to 60 miles per hour (0 to 97 km/h) in 3.2 seconds (tested to 3.1 seconds), under "Insane Mode", with 1g of acceleration. So, it’s not slow for sure😏

There are some hybrid cars that make less harm to the environment and drive as usual. And I don't think that electric cars drive slower. In the city, it doesn't really matter. I bet they can drive 100 km/h (Tesla can do it for 2 seconds, for example).

I think they are the future. We have to accept what burning oil is doing to Earth and must find ways to utilize energy in cleaner forms.
