Well, if your posts in local boards were indeed existed (since I assume that you removed them), then it's for real a bad attempt to start from scratch. You can't write anywhere but Meta unless you want it to be considered as ban evasion (violation of p.25) that leads to another ban.

The good attempt is supposed to look like this:
1. You stop anything you do on that forum and abandon all existing acounts (if you have them).
2. You find and scrutinize the Unofficial list of (official) forum rules.
3. You read Meta at least for a month to be sure that you completely understand the rules.
4. Then you register a new account and start this thread which has something like "ban appeal" in it's header.

And even then your chances are pretty low, since usually only admins are engaged in appeal process and ban for plagiarism is a kind of personal ban.

Why do you think that life is all over once you are banned on this forum ? There are other forums and sites that you can try. Make sure that you follow all rules there. If you wanted to make money here through bounties, that is also possible on other platforms like bountyhive (I have not tried it though).
