At Bitbond we launched the Bitbond STO, Germany's first Security Token Offering. We also created this blog post that relates directly to your question. We strongly believe that security tokens are the way investments will work in the future. Now I strongly believe that some persons don't really check out the date a topic was created before making reply which really piss me off, how can you reply to a topic that was created at january 2018 and still thinks that the op who created the topic is still yet to know what STO is all about, even though no one in the forum gives a good answer as to what STO is all about, I believe that he could always find a way to search it out and study it. |

Incredible article without a doubt, however it hasn't referenced significant (to my brain) detail: security tokens are liable to government securities guidelines, so it might make the circumstance with crypto guideline increasingly confounded. What's more, obviously, this kind of tokens won't be acknowledged by that piece of the network that qualities their secrecy and battles against such techniques as KYC.

all tokens are the same, the initial step and the final result are important that is not change by chancing the name. they are the same as ICOs and the firs step is to copy the code of some other shitty ICO and find something hyped up to put in your name. the final step is then to dump the shitty ICO you created and be on your way out.
"security" tokens, "exchange" tokens, "initial" tokens are all the same and go on the same path.

Security token means regulated/ Licensed token, and its investor's money will be protected by the team crowdfund! We thought security token will be the future or it will rule this year, but day by day our thought becomes lie! Because most of the crypto people did not accept STO, because people love to stay anonymous, they love decentralization in crypto! That's why STO projects are suffering than ICO! Only IEO is ruling 2019!

They are I think public or private security offerings that make use of the regulatory body framework like security and exchange commission or it is Ontario security commission in Canada. And it is actually a way to offer investment products through the channel of blockchain. STO is going to be the trillion dollar business in future with it getting all the illegal things properly canalized. |

 Many people are ruining their capital on the day-to-day market. That's why everyone is looking for security tokens. The pic is very good. However, I think that the tissue that is being sucked into a token market can be a big challenge. Get results.

STOs were better when it was created. Now IEOs are seen as a more advanced offer. And this will continue without stopping as long as sales continue. So, IEOs çan be better for today, but it will be better absolutely.

Secure token that you mean is STO.
STO is ultra safe token that mean's you will never get a scam or fraud in there.
it have very good security for investor and will never make you get lost of your token.
but STO need a much money to lauched it, that's why STO is never been a trend like ICO and IEO.

Security token it is like a stock, which is regulated by a law. But I don't believe in a security tokens as well as in security token offerings.
