Sometimes it is the initiative coming from Savedroid and Money tokens.

Look at this from a different perspective, when the Bitcoin pushed its price to USD $8k+ the market price of different altcoins pushed into a downtrend which is very unusual, as in the past when Bitcoin and Ethereum  pushed into an uptrend or downtrend other altcoins will follow the same trend that they have which is quite unusual. This only means that the market is still saturated and its volume is only being pushed from different cryptocurrencies in the market for instance even though the price of Bitcoin and ETH is down right now many altcoins are pushing it prices up, what we need is new players and investors in the market.

Yes you are right whenever market goes down it puts negative effects on listing of new coins, volume and interest in crypto also goes down but hold on im sure this month market will start recovering well.

The price of bitcoin has a pulling effect on the overall prices of altcoins in the market, whenever bitcoin price soar all other altcoins will act likewise because bitcoin is regarded as the base currency with the standard protocol.

Reasons are not collecting enough money in ICO, or not as many as they hoped. One of the reason, at responsable teams is that people bought their token when btc was 10k or more, and if they release it now, its 30% loss for the investors in start!

I think the dropped of bitcoin's price is not the reason why your token is not listed on an exchange yet. It is the responsibility of the team to list their token on an exchange no matter what is the bitcoin's value.

And where you were when the price of bitcoin was going up very fast and making a lot of coins that did not deserve it to go up with it and to be listed on exchanges? When that happened no one was complaining, look this is just the way the market works, and to be honest I do not see anything wrong with it.

Now it is too easy to release your coin and make all kind of promises to investors about the profits that you are going to get, this bear market is really testing new altcoins and icos and that is a good thing since only those that are any good will survive, this is the survival of the fittest and if the developers want to bring success to their project it is better that they bring something more than promises.

Lol. This is a big NO. There are several successful ICOs out there and even with enough money they can not list their coin to a better exchange or worse, it is not listed on anywhere at all.

The main reason why a coin might not be listed on an exchange is not because of the btc price. It's the coins fault. Usually if it's a pump and dump type of coins then it will never be listed in any good exchange.
It will most likely just be listed on a dex like etherdelta, idex, etc... and you can not expect volume of trades in there. Eventually the team gives up and the investors/hodlers are left with bags of shitcoins.

no, because all the new coins depend on the roadmap or the developer, each project will have its own way of developing the coins they have, perhaps by slowing down the list on their exchanges, believing that prices will not fall and in my opinion when the market falls only a few coins choose to be silent and not register their coins in the market

Occasionally Savedroid and Money tokens are a very nice behavior which is really an initiative. I think the bad times in the market are they late to leave the token. In my opinion, if the ICO is completed and the market stabilizes, it will be all right.

Yes, obviously it is happening because the weak period is going on right now. That's why the market is low for almost all cryptocurrency. But, have patience this situation will be over and the price will increase soon.

It is just an exchange requirements which owners need to comply everything to be listed, it is not because  of btc price. Perfectly some coins listed easily because the team have performing their jobs well and they don't have doubt to spend money for it.

I believe that it depends not on the market, but on the project. so he was originally doomed to fail. and even if the coins appeared on the market they would not have prospects.
