Hi payout seem to be broken at the moment worked the first time and not since the coins keep being awarded and the balance increases so that part is still working.

Payout was set at every 8 hours. That looks like it is working fine, thousands of coins paid out to pool users. I've updated it to every 4 hours now. If your balance > your payout minimum, then every 4 hours, the payment will be sent. Minimum threshold is only 1 right now, so if you set it to 1, you should get all of your coins ever 4 hours. I'll update that as we go but I didn't want to get forced into paying too many fees. I haven't been able to get senttomany to work correctly for me yet.

Thanks for all the support guys. I'm going to stick with an IP for now. The IP won't change even if I get a domain name. I'm waiting for a big boy like btcguild to come in and make a litecoin pool and crush me. Then there is no reason for me to buy a domain name Cheesy We will see how it goes.

New code I pushed out for orphans worked great. Had our second orphan a little bit ago. I'll add a few more faq's on there and maybe restore the one that said q: why are you so cool? a: Born that way. Cheesy

http://litecoinpool.dyndns.org

I pointed my miners to it at port 8332, works great Smiley

Haha, cool, and free. Except I don't have control of the URL Cheesy Would you mind mentioning how to add that hash rate signature to posts? That's pretty cool. I know I didn't make it, I just gave you the JSON stats.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

If your pool survives the first 3 weeks, I'll give you the account credentials of the dyndns I created for this purpose, so you can change them to your own.
Or maybe you register a domain for it.

That had me laughing very hard. I assumed you were updating it dynamically somehow! I'm looking into signature bars. I don't know if everyone wants them but shouldn't be too time consuming to whip something up.

Hmm, looks correct to me.
What if you change 184.107.145.244 to litecoinpool.dyndns.org ?

Dunno if this would affect anything, but maybe the scan is too low?  I thought I read a few pages back to set it at least 30+

403 is bad credentials. You don't need to change the URL. Check your username though. Did you register? You have to register first, that way you can set up your payout threshold and stuff first.

Please also, change your scan time, --s 6 is way fast for a pool with pushpool enabled!

Hehe, I just changed my username into rubbish to test and got an 403.
So credentials is the answer.

You say that like you didn't trust me. 403 = bad credentials. Ripper, if you want to PM me your account address I can cut and paste a string for you into PM. I'm almost wondering if you forgot to register because the _1:1 format is spot on.

Seems better now - I was using an incorrect value for <my_address>. Changed --s 6 to --s 60. Already found a share Smiley

Just updated the payout so it pays out if your threshold is met as soon as the 120 shares are confirmed!

Something weird just happened. Two blocks found very quickly. But my script recorded the same block number for both of them. Your stats will show the same reward for both of them, but that is a combined total. When the first one matures, you will get the balance from both of them. I'm investigating but it technically didn't break anything, just looks screwy.
