That's the point though - that they are testing their upgraded system

Or it could be then testing withdrawal functions, if they were pulling money out themselves, their is numerous ways they could do this without public knowledge? I'm gonna laugh so hard when they get restored, going to be epic

I believe this to be true.

If it is not this will be an EPIC climb for bitcoin when everyone goes bezerk to get at the cheapies . Hope it will trigger all bots making a strong climb to a new ATH.
