In fact, there is no specific reason for the question "Why is Bitcoin lowering or rising?" Those who directly participate in the deal are those who decide the price of bitcoin up or down.

No one can accurately answer your question, Bitcoin also relies on other factors, news sources, budgets poured in and out.

I want know the exact reason for that
As we all know that bitcoin is a volatile crypto currency and apart from this, it is a kind of investment so both these factors plays a very crucial role in determining the valuation of bitcoin as these are the two reason for the flactuation in the valuation of bitcoin and moreover there is no such proper authentic regulating body over bitcoin and therefore it is usually use for many illegal activities and I think this could be the most probable reason for the bearish of bitcoin.

I would say it's because the powers that be (governments and bankers) want cheap Bitcoin to fill their coffers before the run begins and they start rolling it out to the masses.  This is the big shake out.

No one knows the reason for the decline in price of Bitcoin. Maybe it is due to whales manipulating the market but can't be said for sure.

I don't think it's bearish really. It has dips here and there but then it also picks up. If you look at the entire history of Bitcoin you'll see periods of major dips followed by major rises.

I'm not cool enough to have a fancy signature so you're stuck reading this

Big players unloading their stash of coins will always crash the market.  Combine that with the FUD generated by all the negativity; and the whipped up anti-Bitcoin sentiment, all of it serves to unnerve the small player.  When the masses unload, the canny big players who had missed out on the earlier upturn eagerly grab the spoils, and reap the harvest when the next inevitable upturn occurs.

Actually, there have no exact reason behind bearish of BTC. But I think that's a big reason, the government is still not interested in giving it a complete legitimacy. That is why people have an adverse attitude towards bitcoin.

It's possible that the whales are manipulating the market for speculation, or maybe the belief in people's bitcoins has decreased and perhaps for various reasons has affected bitcoin prices.

Bearish was affected by economic growth which slowed even down from the previous year. No one knew the incident. Maybe because of the trend and supply and demand of bitcoin. Or maybe because the whales manipulates the market. Nobody knows that!

How about this theory? soon can take etf, and under this news knowledgeable people (whales), specially dump the price that would be purchased at the bottom, as after the adoption of such prices as today we will not see for sure!

The reason for any activities in the bitcoin market price is channel to only one direction which is the demand and supply forces which is what control the bitcoin market. Any other reason still fall in this.

There are many parameters indeed. However if we try to simplify things we can think of it as a cycle. Yes BTC is bearish lately. However, it'll be bullish again. We just don't know the time.

You just nailed the point. Unfortunately, the weak hands will fall into the trap. As bitcoin is falling, this is the time to buy. You don't need to be in the bull market to do that

now a very bad news background! you need to wait for September! in America, as well as in India will be a meeting on bitcoin and the entire crypto market! it will be legalized in these countries, as well as will prescribe regulatory laws! you need a little wait, and soon the market will turn green!

This is a collective psychology effect.
Bitcoin is look exactly as other financial bubbles in the past.

I always have believed that BTC follows the same rules as other bubbles and in the last months i have been wondering that there was no " despair" phase in the markets , look at the market now, everything is crashing for real not just correcting, i believe that we are finally in phase of " despair"

I want know the exact reason for that

The answer in the statistics of bitcoins of purses: the number of active purses increased from approximately 0.6 - 2.6 million in 2013 to 5.8-11.5 million in 2017.
And just over ten million people around the world are beatcoins.
This suggests that bitcoin is still very weak to talk about its independence, from control by anyone. If you consider that almost a third of all bitcoin is in China's whalers - do you think it's easy for them to control the bitcoin rate?
The reason is obvious - you need a lot more people who are interested in bitcoin, and will keep it.
And then control over bitcoin will be impossible.
