I think you will find that the multipools are now holding back this coin. They are mining and dumping the coins they get into the buy orders. Once you got yourself list on CoinWarz, you got yourself noticed in more ways than one. Plus this coin has KGW which means the difficulty re-targets quickly. The multi-pools will make the most of this opportunity.

The coin will still do well in the run up to MintPal listing, but not as well as you would have expected if there was an absence of multi-pools hhahahaha

Sorry to be such a downer about this. But I hate the multipools They are worse for long established coins that have potential but cannot go ahead. Myriad is one example as the block reward is so high and the multipools love it.

Anyway, ENC will pump a lot this weekend, despite the multipools dumping. The multipools will not be able to keep up with the coming pump. After Monday, I really do not know.... The Dev(s) will have to do something about this and hard fork the coin if they want their coin to have potential and move forward.

The hashrate will rapidly increase soon and the multipool will stop mining ENC, so there won't be any large drops and price will go up up up

I was expecting a drop to at least 3k but that didn't happen so I just bought some more at 3,8

As mentioned earlier, the Entropycoin code base has been updated and compiled with the DigiShield method of fixing Kimoto Gravity Well (KGW). The update works as expected. However, this patch requires a hard fork. Although the fork will be transparent to users with the new wallet, we need to give adequate time for the majority of the ENC community to get the new wallet installed. This includes the exchanges, block explorer, pools, and miners. This leaves us with a window of about a day and a half before being (hopefully) added to MintPal. After much consideration, the decision has been made to leave the current wallet in place until after we've been added to MintPal. It is simply too small of a window.

Having said that, the patch is ready to be applied at a moments notice should an issue arise. To help prevent any issues, please join an ENC pool instead of using one of the multipools. The more our hashrate grows, the less multipools influence the difficulty level. It is important to note that the currency is stable right now and this relates to mining difficulty and not overall stability.

Once we have been added to MintPal, this will be the first priority for the coin. An official update will be announced and we will give proper notice to the community, exchanges, and other external sites.
