If you have token under ethereum blockchain just sent your token to wallet exchange but keep in mind you must have some gas on your wallet because thats policy of ethnic blockchain

Usually it takes time before it get listed on exchanges and you need to follow their telegram channel to know if they had listed on exchanges and then you can check the current price if it's good time to sell your token. Download a blockfolio apps on play store to monitor your token price as this is the best apps to track your crypto prices. Then, deposits or send your token to the exchanges wallet to sell your token...if you want to know how to trade.. you may visit YouTube as it has many videos for different exchanges.

1. If we have an ICO tokens we could stock them into our wallets so that we can assure the safety of it. We can make them into money just by simply trading them into exchanges/markets where it is listed.
2. Yes! There are really fer ICO bounties which having their own wallet because most of them are using Ethereum Wallets to do so.

In my opinion, the majority of Tokens from ICO projects are unprofitable, and due to most of owners ( especially who works in bounty ..)  of tokens are impatient,  and they always sell their amounts especially when it will be  listed on the exchange and other problems, that's why after the exchange more than  80% of these tokens fall.
For me, I dislike payment in tokens, and I am always avoid it .
As a matter of fact, when you have you must wait a long period and maybe there will be no profit even if you wait. It is very risky.

Well after receiving tokens from bounty I shouldn't sell it immediately, it is good to study market price movement before sell token. Am usually I'll depend on the tokens ability it does have a good potential to reach moon and it is the perfect time to sell my tokens.

Yes it is actually a normal for some ICO to make their own wallet on their own website. It is because they can be easily distribute all tokens to all bounty participants and all investors. And sometimes a KYC is needed to do when you are creating acc om their website to prevent being scam and at the same time to avoid fraudulent people's activities.

To convert to fiat currency from Token, I usually exchange Token to BTC or ETH then sell on the local floor in my country, or the group buys the cryptos on Social to convert to fiat currency. In case some ICOs have their wallets available, you do the same thing to sell cryptos and convert them to fiat currency.

Wait for it to be listed in an exchange so that you can sell them. There are times when a team would decide to buy back the token in due time maybe after a year or six months then you can just wait for that time since they would buy it maybe for ICO price or higher. You cannot sell it if it is not listed that's why there are tons of messages in telegram always asking when exchange. You can choose to  sell it immediately upon listing or wait for sometime when it becomes valuable.
