For me, looking at the cryptocurrency market today the market is too weak so i prefer to trade directly once i received token because mostly the value of will suddenly decrease once it is listed in an exchange.

If you have some tokens and you need to sell thwm in to fiat currencies, first you need to check for in which exchangers your tokens are traded on. Then you register there and sell them. If you have got tokens first see their ico project and do a ggo research on it so as to hodle it if it is good one to hold rather than just sellin it as it may become more valuble in future

1 - Hold it until it go to moon and sell or you can dump it when it listed on exchange - it's your choice. You will need to follow the project at their homepage or twitter or medium for time listing in cryptocurrency exchange. When it listed, go to the exchange site to deposit coin to exchange site and start selling.

First,you need to find where the token is traded.Transfer it to this exchange and sell it for bitcoins or ether.

when you get a token, you can immediately sell it on the exchange provided by the ICO team or you can search it at Marketcap https://coinmarketcap.com/, deposit your token from the MEW wallet to the exchange then sell in the form of bitcoin / ethereum then find a local exchange that can exchange bitcoin / ethereum with money that applies in your country.

it's not that hard,  the project that you bought their ico will state the specific exchange that they gonna list on,  then you will be able to sell your tokens and convert it to money, 

As for wallet mostly it's Erc 20 or seldomly  Neo wallet  but the project will state all this in their website

1. When you are an ICO investor then you would hold up those tokens. What to do with them? Then you just simply let those coins sit on your wallet and you cant still sell those for money yet not all coins will be listed on exchangers or do gain value and this is the normal risk of ICO's.

If you get it in ICO or from Bounty / Airdrop. Make sure your private key is secure beforehand.
- update the situation from official information from the media or telegram channel of the project.
- Consider them for a few exchanges (Private wallet will be available on the Deposit / withdraw exchange.
- keep them until the finished product is finished. It is the best time to consider the value that arises.
