On your strategy, you might need some volume, to get your orders done right?
Look at this list https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/volume/24-hour/no-fees/ and find your suited site in terms of volume, security and security protocols. What I mean with security protocols are like "Are their minimum or maximum withdrawal amount" or do you need to do KYC(Know your customer) things like that so you could move your money if there are problems regarding that exchange

I think I understand your strategy, it has to do with placing your sell order at the lowest seller and it sells quickly then place a buy order above  the highest buyer and be shuffling like that, have thought about same but the fee charged is higher than the gains, Haven't known any exchange that charges zero fees for trades but have to be careful cos you may not win with this all the time

I have developed a profitable day trading strategy using neural nets and is very consistent. Works great but the problem is it takes only small profits $1 to $30 based on 1 BTC traded in and out. So any fees would kill it.

Is there any exchanges that allows to place market orders (buy at ask and sell at bid) without any fees? or crazy wide spread?

I tried using Bitmex and when you do buy bidding it will really help you from your fees. They would even pay you with that. I don't know about other trading platforms.

Some decentalized exchanges have 0% or at least close to 0% fees, however they also tend to be very small exchanges that either have very few trade pairs, or have very low volume, so there isn't much utility. You can take a look at a few emerging exchanges, they often offer 0% trading fees for a fixed duration, so you can just keep moving between exchanges taking advantage of this offer.

I do not trust zero trading fee companies as much as I do not trust zero house edge casinos. If the house edge is zero that means casino is not making money on the long run, house edge is what brings casinos a profit in the long run. Same goes for exchanges with zero trading fee, that means they are probably making money from someway else and if I do not know how they are making their money that means I do not trust them.

I know where binance is making their money and their profits so I trust them, they tell me how they make their profits, if an exchange tells me they are not taking any fee from me than I do not know where they are making their profit and keeping the lights on, which is scary to not know.

Try to use Bancor, and you don't need to place bids just to sell or buy as they have a feature that automatically process your sell/buy so you don't need to wait for your orders. Well personally, I find this comfortable to use plus of course there's no trading fee, you just need to pay for withdrawal fee which is a normal thing to do.

I think there is no exchange which has zero fee. They need fee to survive. Some exchanges have game for users. If they have no fee, they'll have not money for rewards. Do not try to find zero fee exchange. It wastes your time.
There may be some, but I am sure that would not be some exchange that is well trusted and used. At least, there is no exchange that is highly reputable with zero trading fees and for now, the only thing anyone can have is a lower fees than others.

For instance binance has been very good for day trading due to its low fees as low as 0.05% which to me is good enough for anyone who is looking for a very good exchange with a lot of trading opportunities.

To take small profit when trading will be more easy if that pair has high trading volume so we get also high liquidity, and so far the best exchange that has highest trading volume with liquidity is Binance, this exchange is very good for scalping, day trading and swing trading. And also has lowest trading fee compared others big exchanges.
Lowest trading fee is basically the only thing anyone can see from a reputable exchange with a good volume which Binance in this case is a very good one to refer like you said. For zero fees trading like the OP wants, that would be a hard thing to get for such markets.

For what it is worth, it is always important to try as much as possible to utilize exchanges with good reputation when trading, and zero fee trading is something no one can see in such category.

I think the important thing than trading fee is high liquidity and lowest spread,  if the spread lower we can make small profit by more easy.  So far i only found Binance exchange that has lowest spread and lower trading fee with highest trading volume.  I was compare spread of Binance with others exchanges and i found Binance is has lowest spread.
I want to believe so far, Binance has been the only exchange that actually comes with all the features needed for traders to make good traders without being scooped hugely from their funds. This is the reason why the volume over few months skyrocketed hugely and even made it more of a desirable exchange to trade for most seasoned traders. Zero fees are hard to find anyway, but at least, there is a huge balance with binance.

I once traded on cobinhood.com and there are no selling and buying transaction fees, so if you are interested and want to trade on cobinhood you can try it and this is the official link from that market www.cobinhood.com
One way or the other, most exchanges will always have a way to take back from the users, either from the trading fees or from the withdrawal fees. So far so good, I feel binance is actually one of the top notch exchange that can give you all the functions you want as a trader and still be able to enjoy a slightly close to zero trading fee. For what it is worth 0.05% for those using BNB for their fees is something no one should ever have any concern about.

Works great but the problem is it takes only small profits $1 to $30 based on 1 BTC traded in and out. So any fees would kill it.
I have seen such things with few Forex companies in the name of scraping. Bots will work for one or two pips but more than 90% will go for covering the fees. With 1 BTC, I will not risk for profiting $30 a day. Leaving in cold storage must be a better option instead of that.

Instead of looking for "no fee" cryptocurrency exchanges, better to look for the most secured and trusted ones. I'm sure you don't want your coins be stolen by hackers. Don't gamble on less secured exchanges.

If you have anything doubts about bitmex you should find another exchanges, I suggest that stay away from the exchange with a zero fees because there's a high risk.
what type of risk involved in the zero fee exchange Huh I am using Cobinhood,BitMEX, I don't see any problem with them till now.

Actually, all exchanges are not exempted from hackers. The question is, "What security measures do they have?" Security is one thing you should take note in choosing exchanges. I'm sure you already heard the news about exchanges been hacked. Now, if exchanges are free of fee, how would they support the development of security features of the exchanges?
