BTCbuyer https://www.bitcoinmarket.com/market/members/view/?market_memberID=6038

His reputation on BCM is all fake.

At first he sold 5 btc @14 lr on BCM which is the bait, then he told me he has some more for sale.

He said he had 200 more bitcoin for sell @14.4 and I have to pay him by LR first, I believed him and paid 504$ for 35 btc. After I paid he was off line.

His LR id : U0696054 (DzhunietDzhuniet)

His MSN and yahoo messenger: richielambert31@yahoo.co.uk

another email: richielambert31@yahoo.com

I believe this is him: http://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?action=profile;u=17409

Could the admin in this forum check if his register email is which I posted above?

BTCbuyer scam me 300$ :/

ebay user cwheel5940 with 12 positive feedback wond the auction, submitted payment, and then shortly the payment was disputed as unauthorized.

the buyer submitted the following bitcoin address for delivery:
1FVem29X3ugDfbLFuwj77phW16t3ndaPvm

From Ebay:
Buyer:   Chris A. Wheeler
cwheel5940 (cwheel5940@aol.com) [contact buyer]
Buyer's shipping address:
Chris A. Wheeler
118 Westminster Rd
West Seneca, NY 14224-1926 United States

The paypal account used for payment (giant red flag that the email address doesn't match):
(Likely this is a hacked paypal account, so nothing against the owner)
An unauthorized account activity claim was recently filed against the
following transaction.

Buyer's name: Michelle Rosmanitz
Buyer's email: arosmanitz@shaw.ca
Transaction ID: 96722664VS0701306

Transaction date: Jun 7, 2011
Transaction amount: $265.00 USD

*edited to add:
here is the ebay auction:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=230629836243

Just got off the phone w/ eBay, their online dispute process isn't setup to handle this situation.  They were entirely uninterested in taking any kind of report or complaint re the fraud and wanted me to just "request" to cancel the auction.  That is I submit a request and the buyer has 7 days to accept/reject, etc.

I really only listed those few bitcoins on eBay as kindof a test when prices had just started to go up.  I won't be doing it again as eBay's dispute processes take far too long.  If I was going to do it in the future I think I would just sell an actual bitcoin wallet stored on cd containing the BTC for sale.  It would then be subject to normal "seller protection", tracking numbers, signature on delivery, etc.  Sellers are generally protected when shipping to a verified address, and are immune from chargebacks if all the "rules" are followed.

oh me to but until paypal and credit card companies trust bitcoin and adapt their code to confirm transactions, it wont happen.

BitCoin is such a direct threat to them all, for both being an ecurrency and a method for trading goods and services worldwide.

Its really scarey when you think about the potential of bitcoin.

I mean the powers that be want a one world government, military, currency, and court.

BitCoin is a real step in that direction.

yikes !

User: -snip-
Email: -snip-

[IPs to be disclosed if he doesn't respond to our emails]

He filled a chargeback against two of BitMarket.eu sellers. No contact as of today from him.

Edit: It seems that it was Paypal's fault after all. Nothing to see here, move on.

I was inquiring because you never left a negative for the buyer. Unless you don't think he was responsible and the eBay account was hacked.

The account you sold me was stolen by your own admission. I repeatedly asked for a refund me instead you insisted on giving me another account. Given the fact that I could lose my other steam games, what makes you think I want anything else from you other than my BTC? You clearly have no qualms about stealing from people, what makes you think your word is worth more than a pile of dog dook to me? Yes... I'll just trust that this account is not stolen too... brilliant.

BTW your post report counter accusation is quite convincing.

why the fuck would i give you another hacked account when you'd just come back and bitch about it anyways.  clearly you have severe nerd anger and would rather cry about me scamming then get a new account.  there are real people on here scamming and you're shitting up this thread.

kind of convenient how i have this "re: nonhacked steam" june 13

I just wanted to report NothinG for scamming me out of 2 BTC.  You can view his thread here, the action starts around page 18.  No matter how much evidence I throw at him he refuses to refund the money as promised in the beginning.  I recommend avoid all transactions with this user.
