The scammers are calling the lifeline Paxnet threw at Republia as a merger but it is nothing of the sort.

No money has been raised by Republia, the ICO never happened. They are lying to spread propaganda.

PaxNet will pay Republia if they manage to complete the blockchain work they claim they can but the jury is out on them, there is no evidence the Republia scammers can even fulfill their side of the deal.

Paxnet will pull the plug on this project if Republia scammers do not deliver on time

At first the bounty participants got weekly stakes than suddenly it stopped and the support in telegram has been copy pasting the same sentence for months now. How can they even build a blockchain if they can't fix a simple "bug" in the bounty forum? Or perhaps they are just going to scam the bounty participants and use an instabuy function to sell the bounty tokens.

No one is going to deceive anyone. The team will recount all steaks manually a few weeks before the end of the bounty company. This has been certified several times.

Doing counting and correcting the mistakes of the bountists when the fate of the project and the future of the ICO is decided is not a priority at all. Or do you think differently? Probably the dojna team had to tell the PaxNet company: "you guys wait a couple of weeks while we deal with the participants of the bounty, and you are not going anywhere, wait for us .." Doesn't it sound crazy ?? A rhetorical question.

There is no merger. Paxnet is a Korean company that has effectively purchased (subject to conditions) only part of the blockchain technology that Republia claims it can achieve.

There are no coins. There are no tokens. There was no ICO. The claims about hitting various targets and caps was nonsense and lies.

They will not pay any bounties. All those displaying avatars and signatures will get nothing.

Republia is operated by the Minexsystem/Minexcoin/Minexpay team - both have been exposed as scammers. If Paxnet had done their research on this forum they would never have given a lifeline to the Republia scammers.

I didnt want to talk any more about Republia, but unfortunately I have to react on putting disinformations from theirs members which can put investors in jeopardy to do actions based on lies.

Project Republia is over. Koreans bought part of theirs technical project to make for them ETH blockchain version.They will fund it in full,it is now Korean project,they made new company - Paxchain and people from Republia are just hired to do it.Nothing more and nothing less.

There is no Republia any more,now it is Paxchain.Koreans are funding project in full, so it is not joint venture or company merging,just takover of Republia blockchain developping staff to make ETH version of blockchain for Paxnet.



But now it is more than obvious that there are ones who are not satisfied with that and they are wanting to restart economic part of Republia project, spreading lies how Koreans bought RPB coins for $50 millions - 27.15 millions of RPB coins for $1.84 per each.

Koreans didn do that.They are not interested in economic part of Republia project, especially not for buying worthless RPB coins.It is deliberate spreading of misinformations to deceive investors how Koreans bought RPB coins,making false hype about it before putting coin on exchange,make pump and then massive dump on naive investors.

Even if Koreans would like to launch coin,they certainly would not launch coin under old name.They will use name of theirs new company Paxchain to launch Paxcoin or something with Pax in the name.



Koreans didnt buy RPB coins,but they will fund part by part now theirs project of blockchain developping.Investing sum is far,far less than $50 millions,maybe 5-10% from that sum( it is not enough money for some in old Republia).

Even if they wanted ,Koreans would not have $50 millions for that. From latest stock exchange report theirs quaterly profit is around 1 billion KRW or about $ 900.000. For a year Paxnet made profit of just $3.5 millions. Koreans yearly revenue is about 20 billions KRW or $17.8 millions of dollars.So ,investing $50 millions in Republia is theirs 3 years revenue or 17 years profit - mission impossible and one more stupid lie made to deceive investors

Exactly, many are seeking funding, and we know that today it is difficult to find an investor. And for this, it is very nice to see that this project has caused interest. This is a closed question. And we can only expect further smooth development.
