All that happened was a start-up company (Republia) with no working live product was taken over by a South Korean acquisition expert company (Paxnet) on the basis that they deliver their blockchain technology on time otherwise they will be put out on the street.

Paxnet are interested in the blockchain technology that Republia scammers claim they can make. When they do not deliver on time things will get interesting because Paxnet will make the decision to dump Republia back on the street.

As for the Republia scam, yes it is true Paxnet will dump Republia as soon as they realise they were sold a lie.

As for the Minex scam it is interconnected with the Republia scam as all the evidence suggests Republia was bankrolled by Minex in its early days.
