You know DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency), FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation and similar agency) have large RnD budgets.
Internet(first intranet) and TOR developed by similar agencies and that they followed criminal thereupon merchandise.
And we recognize that 1st deep-mined bitcoins aren't moving, who doesn't touch his ten billion USD? If S.N. is dead perhaps that's why however if not it perhaps a government project.ud
You cant bit country's cash because it's illicit. affirmative they sold SilkRoad's cash, however, that was a standard procedure. thus its high probability bitcoin may be a USA funded secret project. no one is allowed to mention it and no-one is allowed to maneuver 1st bitcoins. this can be a far most suitable choice.

I am waiting for your thinking about this.

This is an interesting concept, but if Satoshi were FBI what's the FBI getting out of it?

Plus, Satoshi's Bitcoins still hasn't moved for years, which makes me think he might be dead.

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

I do not think the identity of Satoshie Nakamoto will ever be known, someone who is disciplined enough not to have have moved a single bitcoin obviously is not after the money but a better world.

I agree that Bitcoin did not just happen to come along by a Japanese fellow and was allowed to grow and prosper.  Then instead of violence to stop a competing currency (see Iraq and Libya) to the us dollar they promote Bitcoin on the media?  I'm 99% sure Bitcoin or some crypto will rise and become the singular currency for the world.

There has been no credible information regarding this type of conspiracy. Many others have claimed this theory to be true but only with mere words and no strong sources. Although we don’t know who satoshi nakamoto is, we all know about the winklevoss twins. I hope they will come with something that helps bitcoin to grow bigger. We all want to know about the real satoshi nakamoto and are very curious.

I dont if i have the rights to say this but some people say that Satoshi Nakamoto is not just a one person but a organization or a group of people that has a lot of brain in new modern technologies thats why Bitcoin is now using every technologies that can use via online like social media and maybe you are right that even FBI can be Satoshi Nakamoto because there a lot of speculations or theories who is really Satoshi Nakamoto and as of now we dont have anything like information about him but we all know that he doesnt have any bad intention by creating the first cryptocurreny and these days we use this technology to give better future in our own life and to under more better the real value of bitcoin

I think satoshi nakamoto is not directly FBI. It’s a team which have particular task and encrypted world are mostly connected and observed by FBI. Then we can say it’s must have a connection with FBI`

I knew about this report and I love it, read it multiple times. Not because I like conspiracy theories but this paper is gold. On the top of that when you see it was written back in 2016... I hope a day I will be able to get time to find and read the references used in. Tatsuaki Okamoto is perhaps Satoshi alt-account, I would like to see Alex Jones to debate on this report lol

I do not think Satoshi Nakamoto is a person or a work of FBI. What I guess is that it is a group of professional developers trying to fight the centralized way of banks. But I think we would never know that. If That group wants to stay hidden, I guess let's just let them be. It has its purpose though and it served us well.

It does not matter what agency is responsible for Bitcoin anymore, because they do not control or own it anymore. If these

agencies developed it, they failed miserably in their goal to control it. When I think about these conspiracy theories, I tend to

wonder about the need for the development of these technologies. What is in it for them? Then the theory falls flat, because

they have nothing to gain.  Roll Eyes

These are balderdash. Satoshi is not a part of FBI. Even if it is, it should not be made into an issues as long as we are not doing anything illegal or immoral with he coin for our own benefit which could be unethical.

It depends on how you see it. If you consider the New world order and its motto, 1 world, 1 government, 1 currency... It makes sense to me, and you see what is the agency that written the report it gives another point to the theory... We are more and more going into a cashless society, we're more going to centralization, etc, See Europe, see it euro currency. Who know if EU wasn't used as their lab.

What is the significance of this report as a reply to OP's question?? I tried to read most of the article and read the conclusion with great interest. It looks like a research data of some Infosec employee of NSA on electronic cash system and cryptography. But this document certainly doesn't prove that cryptos are originated from NSA or any other security agencies (even though you haven't said that!).

I strongly believe that cryptos are not originated from FBI or NSA because if it was the case, they wouldn't have allowed it to increase its reach to the current level and would have killed it quite a long ago. The arguments that I have read in this forum or in other news websites, are not convincing at all.

Well, that's just a theory right now which a lot of people tried to prove before you with their imagination but I would like to listen to someone who can actually come up with trusted sources and credible data or information to prove such claims. Though there has been a lot of speculation regarding SN but I am also curious like everyone else to know the real story.
