I saw on the previous page link https://topexperts.io/ico/aibb, but it only loads "This site can’t be reached".

Even Coingecko has no information concerning Aibb listings. Aibb is looking for conducting IEO and after finishing of IEO their aim is to be listed on exchanges, that's what official channel announced.
