Experience is everything in this crypto currency market. Old users of crypto currency have seen many ups and downs of the coin and they know patience is the most essential thing in this market. New users rarely know this thing and get panicked by the down fall of prices.

I'm a bounty hunter, and I want to own as many Bitcoins as possible because Bitcoin is always surprising, but I do not have the financial resources to do so, so I always try to do it. This can help me to own as many Bitcoins as possible.

Bounty and signature campaigns are actually profitable if you have the time and dedication. New coins are sold at a higher price than the ICO price when first listed on the exchanges. There are thousands of coins in the market. Although all might not do well, it’s good to focus on some altcoins. There will always be panic and fear in the market. Number of noobs and newbies never end.

For many newbie baunti it is an opportunity to earn their first bitcoins. This sphere is not yet developed and many people still do not know where it is possible to earn crypto-currencies, that's why they try to participate in all the bounties and hope that at least one of them will give big profit. But the biggest problem is that most newbies do a huge job related to bounty just do not get into it, get tired of long-term companies and all drop out.

The removal of Korean markets from coinmarketcap. People believing fake news when nothing negative really happened. Yes MT GOX trustee was to blame as well. I personally believe in the technology, so I just sit on my hands and hodl. The whole panic sell is frustrating. It WILL come back. Too many ICOs though.

As your titled shows my thoughts exactly the same I was in the same boat when I was a newbie. You have a little bit of money invested into Bitcoin and you think it will

only grow from strength to strength. When it starts to go down, it becomes inevitable for you to start to panic, because it is

not like any other commodity that you invested before. It took me about 2 years to get used to Bitcoin's volatility and for me

to relax when it happens.  Tongue

It's a big dip since December, but it's still roughly increased by 800% since this time last year at the time of writing, so it should be put into perspective. In December Bitcoin was super inflated mainly because of lots of hype and it's price was too high at the time for it to remain stable. Even if it dropped to half the current price, it would have still been an amazing investment if you got in this time last year.

If you want to add perspective you need to add volumes as well. It has little value to know that price was X if only few people bought at that price. First look where the volumes were traded and then you can make some conclusions what is the market situation now.

Well, I think that most of us who are involved in this type of campaign do not have enough wealth to invest in cryptocurrencies during these periods of opportunity. You only need to see how relatively little the current signature campaigns are paying, and despite this there are many people fighting over the available spots.

Therefore, I think that this advice is aimed more at those who have enough capital to invest in this market. Those of us who are used to participating in bounties can also do so, of course, but this does not mean that we should abandon this important opportunity to obtain some additional benefit.
Very well said the OP only suggest his opinions to those who have funds ready to invest while most newbies here are for bounty not for investments opportunity and thats the fact who wants to be a bounty hunter if you have enough money to invest? When I first landed in this forum and start investing small amount from part of my salary in my offline job my goal is to make money grow with the help of crypto but I just observed investing small amount has also small returns thats why to be able to make a good amount for investment I joined bounty and added it to my funds for investment.

You are right holding or buying bitcoin in a dip will also fruit full & profit able, because no one knows how it can go up & very hard to predict but it can go more than 20K like January 18.
I will add newbies have to focus on both try to get bitcoin in a dip & also try to rank up in the forum for some better campaign.

We must take the opportunity to gain big profits. I think newbies only think of benefiting from the bounty campaign and signature but after joining this forum and also knowing lots of ico they will realize that there are many ways that can get more profit by participating in ico or becoming a trader.
If you really have money now it's a good time to invest short or long term, buy at a low price and sell it again at a high price in the future or you just keep holding till the right time.

A very good read for the newbies and also some oldies who are currently panicking because of the recent dip of Bitcoin. Honestly, I also focused on making short term small investments on potential Alts to gain as much as profit while I can because whining and worrying and current situation was not doing anything good to me.

i agree with you. to analyze the market situation newbie's should participate in bounty campaign and the signature campaign. then they will properly understand about the market.
Yes, that is a good idea. They must join a campaign and for that they can read also the ideas of others and some important information about crypto currency.

That's 100% correct. They don't know what the market holds, they can't do better analysis,  they just invest blindly. And when it's going bad,  they panic.  But those that knows what they are doing has no reason to panic.

true.because people nowadays is too lazy and always rely on others thoughts and predictions  which is the reason why they're always panicking when the market is down. actually in my opinion for me being newbie is not a big problem here in crypto world because it's up to us if we really  interested to avoid such problem ,and indeed doing specific research is always  the best solutions to fix all doubts and etc.

Yes, this is correct. Newbies usually get panic seeing the market price is going down and tend to sell all their coins instead of buying more bitcoin for investment because they're afraid that might lose all their money. On the other hand, old investors feel happy seeing the prices going down sharply and take advantage of the opportunity to buy more for better rewards when prices are up.

Not true - actual analysis of the data shows it is the HODL'ers who are selling and causing the downturn: https://www.ccn.com/bitcoin-price-decline-caused-by-hodlers-unprecedented-30-billion-sell-off-research/

This is where the difference of experience comes in and those who are experienced know that this dip is the time to buy more at less price and sell during the rise rather than doing the other way round which newbies does it. Also newbie gets panic easily when the market fall and sell their holdings.
