I found some ROI before I placed any bet today and I discovered that a game I thought would end before midnight actually ended some 30 min later. But it at least gave me some good starting ROI for today.

Games that are in-play at midnight actually increase the amount of bets required because they won't count for the day after and won't count for the day before too.

I actually gave Omikifuse1 points anyway, since it was only that one bet, and it was settled shortly after midnight (UTC). But yes, please be careful in those cases, if you're only aiming at doing the 3 bet minimum in a particular day.

Hello Omikifuse, just one small correction. Those games won't increase the amount of bets required because we normally won't count them as eligible for the day the bets were place, but we do count them for the next day, when the bets were settled.

The only exception to that, as stated in the rules, is when the user could not control any sort of delay that made the bet being settled on the next day. That is of course not the case for games of soccer that start at 22h30 (UTC), because they will always end after 00h UTC (but its quite common on tennis for example).

Since this is the first week, and we don't want to "harm" our participants, we are making small exceptions so that participants get used to this. In the future, take into consideration that a bet place closed to 00h UTC, that would normally be settled on the next day, will count both as ROI% and "number of bets" for the next day, so feel free to make them knowing that.

I'm not sure if players are being notified or if Free Bets are just credited in their accounts, but I will check it with BetKing.io and let your know. I do believe players are getting some sort of notification though, because I already saw GT0Bot using at least one of his Free Bets from the Daily Challenges.
You should be getting your credit soon enough though, because Betking.io already told me that.

Until now I didn't receive anything that I'm aware of as I don't keep track of my balance and nothing is displayed under either deposits, bonus received or tips received.

The free bets don't count on leaderboard, they are marked ineligible.
The free bets currently have a 30 day expiry time.
We could change that but the problem is that it's credited in bitcoin and so 30 days could see a $10 free bet turn in to $50 or $5

Hi Pif. Daily ROI% is only affected when bets are settled. So in your example, if you make a bet today that will only be settled tomorrow, it will only affect next day's ROI.

Don't forget that you need to place 3 eligible bets on any given day, in order to get points for that day. So those bets will only count for that minimum on the next day as well.

We only open exceptions to this, when bets are settled on the next day because of a delay not controlled by the user. For example, you have 2 bets settled for today, and your 3rd bet is a tennis match that was delayed for the next day because of weather conditions, or simply because other games took to long to finish. In this case, we will still award you points with only 2 bets affecting your Daily ROI%.
