not crediting shares correctly, ive been mining on there for a while and comparing accepts to what dashboard showes, it was 264 accepts, but dashboard showed 4, then 8 then went to 0 when

Pool is calculating correctly, you got 21 sun for 8 hours because the diff was  4.7 and you were sharing the blocks that took over an hour with many others at the time.
Mine now with the easy diff and you will see its working fine.

Yes. Looks like overnight one of the cron jobs that handles payouts and new blocks was disabled.  Nothing was lost, just that auto payouts and the website stats were not updating properly.  Working fine now.
