According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

I also saw a nice lawyer lady today.
What did she advise you to do?

It would be interesting to know, because there are so few details about actual legal challenges involving btc amounts.

I wouldn't be surprised if a year later my computer freezes and the screen is forever showing a picture of him holding a frappichino. It'll be a new kind of troll virus.

Anyone who used them after 2011 is either mentally challenged or a masochist.

Maybe not thief, just incompetent. No proof, that it was he who stole bitcoins.
It's really hard to say which scenario is more believable.

It's already been reported that Mark managed to embezzled millions out of MtGox. Now you have the US Government going after MtGox along with Toyko. I wouldn't be surprised if next we read about Mark being added to Interpol's wanted list.

Please show us where thats been reported.

He hasnt run as far as anyones aware so i dont see why he would need to be added to Interpols most wanted list.  Wouldnt it just be easier to send the local police to his home or office?
