The crypto market is at whales grace now and they are controlling every aspect of it because small traders are either backing off or hodling for being too afraid to buy/sell because most of them have acquired bitcoin in this early year when it was at it's all times high .
Whales are free to either pump the market or dump it even lower in order to buy with a cheap price .

It's not about the whale but it's about the rumor to create a big FOMO to make them all to get in again. The market will be recovering again when there will be a rumor to be bought by those speculators and then they will try to rush it as fast as possible but if there was no anything to buy and then don't expect it will be happening in short time.
