a lot of possible cause, might be a clock issue, overheat, risers, Power supplies, etc

Are your GPU's modded?

Start with a default command lines and default clocks excluding those above

check also your miner logs and windows logs thru event viewer

you may get a hint what would be the cause

in windows type eventvwr\windows Logs\Application

Best way to identify which card is crashing is to add the following command in config file "-wd 0", this will disable watchdog and it will not restart the rig when a gpu freeze, -wd 0 will disable that card from mining and will show an error message like "GPU 0 bla bla bla needs to restart the miner"

You can fix this issue by running linux, which you should be doing anyway if you are mining.

If you search for "windows bugcheck 0x000000ea" one of the first results explains this is basically a driver crash, but that is the effect, not the cause; the cause is most likely pushing GPU clocks too high.

Have you tried to set your paging file to 32gb or 64gb?
It might be the reasons why your claymore couldn't run properly and you must use some tools to monitor the GPU temps and maybe your cards reach the higher temp that is why it keeps rebooting.
