What drove the eth price last year was the rise of ICOs using eth as base currency for investing but people begins to lose faith in ICOs and as ICOs starts accepting other forms of payment the demand for eth is bound to go down. I think we are yet to see the real support level for eth

It's just amazing that we returned to the 2017 according to prices. Market cap is still up, but that's nothing compared to market cap when that altcoin rally was going on the start of the year. I don't think it will hit 200 USD but it might touch 300 and then go up again.

I agree. This cycle of ICOs that is causing the drop in prices is encouraging more investors to buy more ETH, and businesses cashing them out. I wonder what it will take to trigger an increase of the price. |

I was expecting it to bottom at higher prices as 360$, the last big drop support was at 380$.
Right now we are well below 360$ mark and my current prediction is 290$.
