The whole market is going down. Any particular reason for that?

My reason is that market prices are down because the content in the forum is not good and does not support bitcoin and the many rampant hackers that have been damaging the bitcoin image and I order for 2019 we must eradicate hackers that are dibitcoin and use good words in the bitcoin forum

this forum didnt give big impact to bitcoin and cryptocurrency price.the discussion in this forum and market totally different.this forum just normal discussion , meanwhile outside there we see and heard many fud that make investors scare.

NO. There's also a lot of FUD here, but the good thing is, members quickly shoot those who are spreading lies around and expose their motive behind so this community has done it's fair share of combating those members who likes to spread FUD here.

So this is not just a place to discuss, this is also a community wherein people are purist bitcoin in a sense but they know if members are just creating uncertainty and panic amongst us.

at least the whales have more funds, so they can worsen the atmosphere, plus fud factors that can scare investors into investing. but I guess that doesn't happen permanently, and we can see prices going up soon

I don't understand what you meant by prices are down because of the content of this forum, I do hope you understand that Bitcointalk doesn't influence prices we merely discuss events and prices here. The reason the prices are because of constant selling, and lack of positive news for bitcoins. Also one major reason is the lack of demand for it from institutional investors which is hurting it, but I feel 2019 shall be better.

Well there is some reason to the market to going down when some people believe to the wrong news about it without making sure if its true or not. So I think the other reason why market dumping is because of the wrong prediction and many of us believe to it. But honestly we don't know what is the real reason why market goes down because there's a lot reason but we dont know what is the main reason of it.

I think that the main reason for the fall in prices is the uncontrolled ability of speculators to buy cryptocurrencies and sell them outside the exchanges. Modern cryptocurrency exchanges are only a showcase of the price at which speculators want to buy assets from miners. The news is also coming up with them in order to manipulate the market.

I think where there are bitcoin users who see someone's predictions of course it affects the market even though it's small effect. whereas in this forum the total number of users is almost 1 million? certainly speculation from influencers will greatly influence. you right if a lot of fud happens, of course it can affect the market

No one can predict when market recover again because its need positive sentiment. If bitcoin ETF approved by SEC, i think its great news and perhaps market can start recovery and investor confident can increase again after many negative news in market

haha, those news don't usually affect the value of altcoins too much. that's just an excuse for whales to make the price of altcoins go down without being accused of manipulation.
This sudden downfall has shown that manipulation is very strong and it has not stopped here. But I like this, it can help us get rich if we invest in the right time.

If the market was going down, you shouldn't be worry about what is happening now mate.
This is just a matter that our patience are now being test and measuring of how long we can hold our coins

Those who panic sellers that are continuing to believe in rumors and FUD are creating domino effect that can lead to declining of the market. Manipulation and price correction are also the reasons why the market is still down.
