I had the same thing happen about an hour ago.  Submitted a ticket and got a generic response to wait 24 hours for the transaction to be confirmed in the blockchain.  It was never submitted to the Bitcoin network, however.  I've had other transactions go through since.

I'm waiting until tomorrow to re-submit the ticket, but it seems that MTGox has a glitch somewhere.

Edit:  Update - it sounds like it's a known issue that's currently being worked.

Some of our transactions have not integrated the blockchain because of some reason (need for a fee, usually).

We are now working with some mining pools to get those transactions in the blockchain in priority, which should solve this issue.

We have been experiencing the same problem. We emailed MtGox support and (of course) got no reply.

You can't withdraw, I can't add founds. It's over 3 days and money didn't show up on my account...

I also withdrew about 91 coins a week ago, but they never showed in block explorer. I opened a ticket and it just says it's pending an investigation.

I think something went wrong last Tuesday for Btc withdrawals, because I have actually mde subsequent withdrawals that have gone through.

Two of our Bitcoin withdrawals were also not sent today. To MtGox: What the bloody heck is going wrong over there? If this happens again, you aren't going to have any customers.

I finally got my coins back...  1 week later.  Ugh.  Not even close to acceptable.
