In the last 5 months poloniex has frozen my acc 3 times. because someone knows what is going on.
support does not answer and in my polonix profile is synonymous no reason why

I hope you could explain it better.

Is your account already verified (ID verification)? Afaik accounts that are not verified are being frozen, so it's the first reason I could think of. However, there have been cases as well that even fresh verified accounts got frozen (like these users).

Anyway,  regardless of the reason, only the support could help you unfreeze the account.

Do you have any screenshots to show what you're talking about?

3 suspensions in the last 5 months does seem extremely unlikely. Did poloniex management give you any reason why they have done what they did? Or did they just request for more documents each time they froze your account?

I've definitely never heard of anything close to this kind of scenario before. But I can tell you this - my experience with poloniex has been nowhere near pleasant. I had a withdrawal stuck in "awaiting approval", which is something that a lot of others experience as well on a regular basis, and since their support was so incompetent, it took them 2 weeks before getting the withdrawal through. Others are known to wait up to months.

These issues are quite common with poloniex. And even after the circle buyout things don't seem to go that positively for them. I'd suggest if you can, get your funds out of your account asap and switch to a more trustworthy exchange like Binance atm.

The screenshots don't show anything of useful nature. If your ticket is open for just 24 hours then there isn't much that you can do other than to keep waiting, especially if you take into consideration that there is little to no support on Saturday and Sunday. I have seen people celebrate that Poloniex replied to them within 7 business days, so the 24 hours that you are waiting is literally peanuts.

It's probably a good idea to ask Poloniex for an in-depth explanation as to why your account gets frozen this often, because if you don't know what the underlying problem is, you won't be able to solve it and your account will *likely* be frozen again at a later point.

The best thing would be to remove all cryptocoins from poloniex
Poloniex has the worst support ever based on my experienced. The best thing that you can do now is to contact them again and tell them that the ticket number they gave is not yours.

I think someone knows your account and keep trying to log in with a wrong password and verification that I think one of the reasons why your account was frozen.

Try to ask them why your account is always frozen so that you know what the account problem is and you can make a solution immediately like blocking other IP's and other countries.

You're not the only one who has this problem.

Others complained that their accounts were frozen and they have been unable to get a response from the company. One poster said the amount of complaints led him to shut down his account, despite not being directly affected.

Unfortunately, you been caught in the web of their inefficiencies. In something as simple as merging tickets, they could not even get that right and even acknowledging your frustrations shows how insensitive they are to someone whose funds is tied up. No access to it, and no opportunity to even make more money due to no fault of his.

I would still put the blame on you because you allowed yourself to be put in this situation the first time your account was frozen without any reasonable justification, you go ahead to verify again. Its at that point you should have moved you assets elsewhere and because you have a verified account, that puts you in an advantage position in moving to other platforms as the worse they would ask is that same details you submitted or maybe a little extra that you can afford. Only option now is to wait for them, then do the right thing or you find yourself in the same situation in no distant time.

Since your account has been frozen, you probably have violated the Poloniex Terms of Use.[1]
There are some similar cases[2] where the account has been frozen and then request to withdraw funds within two weeks. "I hope this is not the case for your account."

Best thing to do:

 - Wait until you are answered.
 - Review the Terms of Service.
 - Try to communicate with them using Reddit[3] & Twitter[4].

Yep, I'd say that since you're verified already, it's very likely that they are suspecting you of suspicious trading activity, or a breach of the terms and conditions. It makes no sense why they would ask you to verify your account again, though, as you'd simply provide the same docs that you previously gave them.

You should definitely clarify with support why they are continuously freezing our account, and demand an explanation on their part. Otherwise, they may continue to freeze your account without any explanation. As many others have said, I can also testify personally that poloniex since last year has been always consistently one of the worst exchanges available, based on their site functionality, constant deposit/withdrawal issues, and slow support.

The amount that you have in there is definitely a lot. In future, don't store significant amounts above $1k on exchanges, as there is just too much counter party risk. Any exchange can have issues, just like poloniex right now.

They just messed out with their reputation and we have seen it now on their current standing on overall when it comes to exchange. Slow support plus having these issues then what would you expect.

Expect for another alibi or reasoning just to delay out your issue.

Almost a month since my first post here. Others waited for several months before their case got solved, so be prepared, you need to lengthen your patience since nothing else you or anyone here can do but wait. Good luck!

As far as I remember, Circle said that they will be the one to address customer support in Poloniex. It's on Feb when they acquire Polo, but it seems that nothing changes in terms of CS (or if there is, most customers didn't feel/see the improvement).

Nope 0% improvement.
I was one of the lucky ones that got out before it all went bad. Have 2 friends who are actually going down the call a lawyer path soon.
For the amounts that are locked they could have gone out and gotten part time jobs and made up the loss in less time then they have put into getting their money back.
