Well, the Mac wallet downloads.  Doesn't need to be installed.  However, it just doesn't work.

We just compiled ours it worked on our vm but dont want to release until we have a solid tester say it works.

I followed very early before launch for the giveaway. Not sure what to do about it. I PM'd on twitter with my wallet. For confirmation my wallet is MdLFPM2MZxMSK4tsGxmFusKJ8W62ikEy8F

Twitter is @Getitoffme

Hope I can win some coins. Not a big miner. Just 21000 Zeit coins in 24 hours.

hashstrike.com is the only one that's working for me..

it's closed to new users  Angry
I'm about to give up on coins4everyone
I've been mining all day and others on hashstike have made a hell of a lot more then myself.
oh well, I'll see how the evening goes

This is the challenge... if we leave the pool open, people get mad when we are close to 51%.  If we close the pool, people are mad when they cant sign up Sad  The overall net hash rate has come up and we are just over 35% right now. We'll be keeping an eye on it and as long as we are under 30% we will open registrations again. To get notified when this happens, just follow us on twitter: http://twitter.com/hashstrike

Thank you!!

How many ZEIT are created a day? 120 blocks a hr, at 250k - 1mil a block. thats like 1.5 billion coins a day? at 10 satoshi thats 150 bitcoins of value created a day. at current price / production. I think it will hit 4-5 satoshi as a bottom before climbing up a bit.

A word to the wise: Anyone who mines at poolers.org is going to get ripped off.  I wasted hashpower mining there for 0 unconfirmed and 0 confirmed despite thousands of valids and payouts that never get paid.  That is freakin' robbery and it's plain dishonest.  These pool opps have absolutely ZERO integrity and they really should be held accountable.

POOLERS is a SCAMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!  Spread the word.

Youre an idiot. We had no hashpower and found no blocks. You just failed to follow the exodus from the pool when we werent the first to get the wallet compiled.  Pay attention next time and check the block count and hashrate.

Why some blocks are 0% shared? What's the meaning?

In POOLERS. ORG's defense,

Yes they blew it on the ZEIT launch! I waited 33 minutes after launch before going with a different pool, However for over the the last five weeks I have mined Coino on their pool, and made lots of BTC and have had ZERO issues with downtime, payouts hanging or any of the issues we would expect while mining for a long period on most other pools. They do that pool beautifully and I have recommended it to several friends to mine coino on.

Matter of fact after getting screwed on the Zeit pool of theirs, mad as I was, I switched back to mining Coino on their pool, after the hang on block 500 lol.... so none are perfect either, give them another chance, I'm sure they are honing their skills right now Smiley

I might add: I made a hell of a lot more money mining Coino on their pool, than I have yet mining Zeit coin,,,, hands down  Wink

Here is what happened.

I had the pool ready to go just waiting for the wallet source.  The downloads were released and there was no source.  Many pool admins started asking for the source in IRC. I saw more than one url, none of which came from a person with @ before their name, so I expected there would be a lot of spam links like there often is during big launches.  At this point the rest of the pools go to the provided link, get it compiled, and are up and running.  Meanwhile I am still hung up on getting a link from an admin or on the first post, so I was waiting.

I didnt take the pool live until a half hour after launch time, meanwhile all of the miners we had lined up to mine with us left for other pools.  We were doing between 1 and 15 MH/s through the night and found 0 blocks.  There was no withholding of payments or scamming going on. If the pool were to find a block right now, it would payout within 3 minutes of getting its confirmations. There were just a few people that didn't leave when everyone else did and their kilohashes didn't make anything on their own.  This pool uses a prop payout system not pps. If no blocks are found, there are no coins to payout.

It is understandable to be upset that you wasted a launch night.  But, you are only victim of an unfortunate situation caused by hysteria among thousands of people and my delayed launch.  I would never scam anyone.

SCryptoMiners ZeitCoin Pool (200+ MH/s)
Just wanted to let everyone know, this guy runs a scam pool. His BlackCoin pool front-end went down for about 12 hours yesterday. He assured everyone that shares were not lost and to keep mining.

When the pool came up everyone got 1/4th the credits they were supposed to. He had 3 GH on that pool, which works out to about 1.25 million blackcoins over that period. Roughly 12.37 BTC was not paid out! The only response to the accusations was "Sorry for the inconvenience" and no further response in the thread. As someone who has run pools in the past, I know these coins were not lost, they still go the wallet as mined coins. Only the payouts were broken.

Maybe it was intentional, maybe it was incompetence, either way, consider yourself warned.

Here's the post, see for yourself: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=469640.msg5441945#msg5441945
