Its to be expected on any launch but 1-block diff changes should stabilize it pretty quickly. Still, there will be some noise about it.

I'de be more concerned about DoS attacks, they seem to plague big launches.

You got this right, I've recently been in on the RubyCoin and BlackCoin launches and no matter how well they've done things people are whining and crying days into it. It's all an attempt to FUD the miners into selling cheap and to abandon mining so it's easier mining for those that remain. Be ready for it when it comes, it gets very old, like a broken record as they tell us how they're just trying to look out for our welfare with this $%(*&@ coin.
