hey all, new to this forum, was wondering which alts do people think will survive? Which ones will gain traction when this crypto winter ends? Which ones have a use that will be taken up by the mainstream? Thanks
The altcoin that will definitely survive are the one's that has a good value like ethereum, litecoin, ripple and etc. But the altcoin that has a potential to have a good value is ethereum because many investors are now holding eth than any other altcoins.

ETH will survive. This coin has been in the market for so long, that the people have high opes for it still.

Last year, all those involved in cryptocurrency investments became rich, and this year is different. The coins that were worthy last year may not be worth much this year, so I think that people with ideas can live better.

Bitcoin, Ethereum and Ripple will all survive. These three coins have the top three market capitalization and should not die so quickly. For those altcoins with small market value, once no one buys, they will soon death.

Eth will probably is the favorable answer if survival of the alts is asked. In my opinion, I think the alts within the top 50 will survive but beyond or past 100 will likely to fall.

Many times it has been said about projects that already have very big opportunities for realization today and it is these projects that will continue to live, because they will be in demand and therefore they will be able to live and develop.

In this bear market, every coin with its better concept and volume will always survive. here is likely the era for the coins to prove their performance and existence in crypto. however, for the top lists in the market, I think that many altcoins can survive although they are still struggling to reach higher price. As the Ethereum, although many people are doubtful of the progress, I'm pretty sure that this coin can reach its higher price again as usual.

I am sure that there will be only strong and competetive ones with their own special features like Monero or Waves, these altcoins are worth to be there of course.

Ethereum is the number one in my book that will survive. Tech is just too good and developments are coming. It's the best platform I think that will bring crypto to mass adoption.

Surviving became the index of cryptocurrency's strength and possibility to be among profitable coins. I believe in ETH, EOS and NEO, I find them so reliable.

The altcoins that will surely survived are ethereum and those projects that have good fundamentals. As long as cryptomarket exist those altcoins with real-world use cases will survive.
Only the coin which has good community and all community has good trust to coin. The real use case in the real world also will be one of the survivors. An example etherium and the  top ten of coinmarketcap is of course can survive. However i still put etherium as the first priority to survive.

The project that has already offered the real use case in our life is too rare.
There are only some projects that have created the product that can be used in our life.
The community can't become a good measure to determine how good the project is. Remember centra which have gained so many supports from the community but it fails due to the scam project.

if my prediction at this time many altcoins will survive but there will be many who are scam because of the lack of interest in the coin, for those who survive I will choose ETH, NEO, EOS, XRP, LTC, I predict from the number of interested people who transact in this coin

Altcoin that will definitely survive is ethereum even though Ethereum is currently experiencing a great decline, I'm still sure this coin will bounce back to the top because Ethereum is a platform of projects that have good basics.

I guess most of the alts are just your lucky shot and nothing else. Most of the times they will go down and won't come unless and until the bitcoin is in proper steady situation. But by that time you can yourself earn some more profits form the bitcoin holding itself. I guess its better to go with that only if you really want to have nice ROI.
Altcoins are there today and may not be there the other day. Lolz.
But you can choose as a normal investor look after the top coins (10-100th rank)
