As you probably read above, the main difference is that the game is played not for real money, but for game chips. Game chips can not be exchanged for money. Playing in a social casino does not pursue material benefits. This is a competition between players. Pure sports interest.

I think there is no any smart contract yet. Due to the WP, all contributions made into KGT are held by the escrow. The Kamagames is just allocating tokens among contributors in the cabinet. Only when the token sale will be over, the smart contract will be uploaded and the required number of tokens issued. But this is my thoughts, it would be better if kamagames admin comments it.

I think no. But, I believe that in the future we could see how many companies with mature businesses start making token sales in order to collect sales today in exchange for tokens giving to holders the rights to get services/products in the future. It would be a logical step to decrease the negative impact of the future crisis.
