KamaGames is not raising any funds and/or attracting investors. Hence, there is no soft cap... 

I would even say that KamaGames is trying to make future sales "today" by selling KGT to both: existing players and new ones. The new ones are people engaged in crypto. Casino games players and people engaged in crypto are quite similar categories os users.
