You can trade KGT token on any Decentralized Exchange (Forkdelta, Token Store, etc). There is no need to list token for trading on such exchnages. All that you need are just ERC 20 contract address and decimals. 

Also, I am sure that some centralized exchanges will want to list KGT voluntary (without official request from Kamagames side).

It depends on how enthusiastic the investors are, if Kamagames has a community that moves by itself, the possibility to list in a large exchange can still be done with a voting system.

KGT is the ERC-20 token so when you buy and get it you can do what you want (apply to list it anywhere or use any DEX). Kamagames will not be doing any listing actions. But you can do it and other community members can do.
