Yes , I still believe in Ethereum(ETH) although the price is very low of about $ 285.11 , but it is growing up slowly , so chances to recover is still there and plenty of ICO coins are compatible with ERC coins that is under in Ethereum exchange , so many ICO are really like ETH .
